Our family produces handmade, semi-firm, raw-milk farmstead cheeses from our own grass-fed dairy cows.
Please note: If your order includes a cheese that is currently unavailable, we will ship your complete order once that cheese is ready. If your order includes Black Butte Reserve, you will be placed on our 2008 waiting list, the remainder of your order will be shipped ASAP and you will be notified of your scheduled Black Butte Reserve delivery date. Cheeses are shipped Monday thru Wednesday. To ensure that your cheese gets to you in the same shape as when it left our farm, it will be shipped to arrive within 2-3 business days.
