Garlic and Herb Pull-Apart Cheese Bread

 In Uncategorized

Hey Everyone,

We hope that with Halloween less than a week away, you’re having fun carving pumpkins and picking out costumes!

We’re back with another recipe that would be perfect for filling up before a long night of Trick-or-Treating or serving at a costume party. This time, we’re featuring our Garlic and Herb cheese. BEWARE: this recipe is so good and easy to make it’s scary!

Garlic and Herb Pull-Apart Cheese Bread

1 large loaf of crusty sourdough bread

2 cloves of minced garlic

½ cup of melted butter (1 stick)

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 teaspoon of salt

2 cups shredded Garlic and Herb Northern Gold cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Take the bread and score it diagonally in one direction, about an inch apart, and then back the other way in order to create deep diamonds. Don’t go all the way down to the bottom. This avoids tears that would allow the garlic butter goodness to leak out. Melt the butter and stir in the garlic, salt, and parsley. Carefully separate the spaces the diamonds created and pour in the butter mixture. Take the shredded cheese and put some into every nook and cranny you can find.

Wrap the loaf in tin foil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the bread is crispy on the outside and full of melted wonder on the inside. This stuff is addicting and really fun to eat. You just pull a square away from the loaf and off comes a perfect bite of this cheesy, buttery, garlicky, and herby delight. Be sure to make one more loaf than you think you’ll  need because it goes fast!

We hope you all have a spooky and safe Halloween,
