Northern Gold Crab Dip

2 lbs. real or imitation crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded Northern Gold 100% grass-fed cheese
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
½ cup of breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crab meat, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, Old Bay, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to incorporate ingredients thoroughly. Place mixture in a casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes so that dip is bubbling and breadcrumbs are crunchy and golden brown. When finished, sprinkle parsley on top immediately to best release flavor and aroma. Serve after 5 minutes with pita or tortilla chips sprinkled with fresh lemon juice.
