Black Butte Reserve

Black Butte Reserve is a great all around cheese. It's a great melter, good for grating, and slicing too. It's the perfect ingredient cheese as well.  Named after the infamous Black Butte, visible as you drive north towards Redding on I-5. The Pedrozo’s began making Black Butte when they were overcome by the wonderful perfume of spring flowers when they poured their first batch of spring milk. Immensely popular and of limited supply.
