This cheese is made in 2-pound wheels and aged one week in sparkling Rose, lending a beautiful blush hue to the outer rind and creating a bit of a sparkling finish throughout. Pair with flavored pecans and figs for an easy after-dinner dessert tray, or try it in a fondue!

Bubbly Cow is available in Quarter (1/2 pound), Half (1 pound) or Whole (2 pound) wheels.
