With a golden, buttery look and a semi-firm texture, this California original can be used in a variety of dishes. It’s mild, buttery and creamy, with a bit of a nutty flavor. Shred and melt into soups or chili; or just slice and pair with fresh fruit and your favorite bread. Pairs nicely with a full-bodied microbrew.

Northern Gold is available in hand-cut 1/2 or 1-pound wedges OR quarter (2.5 pound), half (5 pound), or whole (10 pound) wheels. Weights are approximate; we’ll try our best!
