Tipsy Cow is made in 2-pound wheels and aged in California Red Wine. The wine creates a beautiful dark rind and a zesty essence of wine throughout. Paired with a crisp white wine, sweetened biscotti or hazelnut crisps and seasonal fruits like figs, grapes or apples, Tipsy Cow makes a perfect dessert cheese. Or, try a breakfast grilled cheese with Tipsy Cow and cinnamon-raisin bread.
Tipsy Cow is available in Quarter (1/2 pound), Half (1 pound), or Whole (2 pound) wheels.
